About Blank Studio
Hi, I’m Paige, the person behind Blank Studio.
Both photography and interior design have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, but my path into interior photography happened a little differently. After years of emotive portrait photography and working at my family’s business, Accessory Warehouse Inc., doing fine art printing and custom framing for the design trade, one of my favorite designers gave me the opportunity to photograph her personal home and I completely fell in love with it.
My background shaped the way I photograph interiors now. I know how many thoughtful details make up a space. The textures, lighting, materials, artwork placement, styling, and all the small decisions that completely change how a room feels. My work leans editorial and true-to-space with a focus on capturing the overall feel of a home, brand, or person without making it feel overly manufactured.
When naming my business, I knew there were a lot of creative directions I wanted the freedom to explore (thank you ADHD), which is where the name Blank Studio came from, leaving room to fill in the blank. Over time, it ended up taking on another meaning too. Especially with interior photography, I’ve come to see the camera almost like a blank canvas for other brands, spaces, and creatives to speak through. When people see my photos, I want them talking about the design, the feeling of the space, and the work behind it, not the photography itself.
My faith is a huge part of my life and something that shapes the way I approach both my work and the people around me. I feel incredibly grateful that I get to create for a living and work alongside so many talented people doing what they love.
When I’m not working, I’m usually homeschooling my daughter, spending time with family and friends, listening to worship music, or chasing whatever creative idea I came up with that week.
